01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or otherwise using any part of the fg66d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any individual who accesses fg66d through any device or browser — including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. If you are accessing fg66d on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on fg66d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using fg66d. We reserve the right to request identity documents to verify age at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must register using your own true, complete, and accurate personal information. False registration details will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• You must not register more than one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

03 Account Registration & Verification

When you create an account with fg66d, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal details including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. fg66d may request additional documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point during your account's lifetime.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify fg66d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fg66d shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from failure to protect your login details.

• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
• fg66d reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns or large transactions are detected.
• Players must keep their registered contact details current. fg66d is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

fg66d supports deposits and withdrawals through leading Bangladeshi mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as major bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change with prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for deposits or to a verified bank account held in the player's own name. fg66d does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times may vary between 1 and 5 business days depending on the chosen payment method and KYC status.

fg66d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to believe that the request is related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the matter will be escalated to our compliance team and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

fg66d periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements and expiry dates. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• fg66d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or void winnings generated through bonus funds where it determines that an offer has been abused or exploited.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Cash balances and bonus balances are tracked separately; wagers are deducted from the real-money balance first.

06 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg66d platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in any way, including exploiting technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using fg66d's payment channels or game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or employees of fg66d to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or betting markets in any form.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, sharing account credentials with third parties, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to circumvent account restrictions or verification requirements.

08 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, service marks, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and other materials appearing on fg66d — collectively the "Platform Content" — are the exclusive property of fg66d or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No Platform Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the express prior written consent of fg66d.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services offered by fg66d. This licence does not permit resale, distribution, or derivative use of any Platform Content without express written authorisation.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg66d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the fg66d platform, even if fg66d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, fg66d's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. fg66d does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform; periodic maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect service availability.

10 Amendments to Terms

fg66d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the email address registered to their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the fg66d platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of fg66d after any change to these terms constitutes your agreement to the updated version. We therefore encourage you to review this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this document.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fg66d operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties through direct negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing.
